Court and Consultation Service Fees

1.       Travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the retaining law firm or attorney.

2.       Meals will be billed at the end of services.

3.       All payments for services will be paid before leaving for court. An invoice will be before the scheduled court appearance. All services that exceed the retainer and estimated travel and minimum for court will be paid before appearing in court.

4.       Vehicle travel will be charged at the national mileage rate at the time of travel.

5.    Court appointments or other government offices such and Public Defenders of Prosecutor Offices retainer will be waived. Court Order, or contract will surfice.
